Tuition and fees
Summer session tuition is based on UMBC’s standard part-time credit rate for Maryland residents and non-residents. Only two mandatory fees are charged in summer session – an auxiliary facilities fee of $24 per credit and a $20 summer session flat fee – a substantial cost savings for students.
Some courses may have additional fees, as noted in the schedule of classes.
The below chart currently reflects Summer Session 2019 tuition/fees. If there are any changes for Summer Session 2020, this information will be updated.
